Howell Public Schools does not charge a pay to participate fee to student athletes. Some sports are not funded by the district and charge a fee based on the cost of operating the sport. Other sports charge a fee for items needed for the sport but not funded by the athletic department. All fees are set by the teams and not by the athletic department or Howell Public Schools.
