How to Register Your Child
To begin the registration process, please complete the pre-registration form here. Once reviewed, you will receive an email with directions on how to complete the enrollment process. Families must complete all registration paperwork before the student can begin school.
In addition to completing the registration forms the following required documents must be submitted to Amber Click at [email protected] within 30 days of enrollment.
- Child’s certified birth certificate
- All immunization records
- Vision and dental screening results (begindergarten & kindergarten)
- Government Issued ID
- Proof of residency (current utility bill, purchase or lease agreement)
