Beginning July 1st, 2024 families can complete a Child Nutrition and Education Benefits Application for the 2024-2025 school year.  If your household income is within the reduced price limits on the Federal Income Chart shown below, please complete an application. Only one application per household is needed. 

A Child Nutrition and Education Benefits Application can be filled out a few different ways.  To apply online visit https://howell.familyportal.cloud/ or you can print and complete a paper Child Nutrition and Education Benefits Application.  Or you can obtain a hard copy of the application at the school's office.  If application materials are needed in languages other than English, please visit the USDA FNS Translated Applications webpage. 

Completed paper applications can be returned via your student's school or be mailed to:

Applications may be submitted at any time during the school year if there is a change in a family’s income (ex. loss of job, furlough, etc.). Please note, families are responsible for the full cost of meals until their application has been approved.

Without your assistance in completing and returning the application, Howell Public Schools cannot maximize the use of available State and Federal funds.
