It’s looking, in the early going, that this could be a memorable winter for Howell basketball. After the girls knocked off Arbor Prep on Friday, it was the boys’ turn when they played host to Williamston on Tuesday. The Highlanders trailed by 11 points early, but rallied and beat the Hornets 58-55. Howell was led by Josh Palo, who had 29 points.
The Highlanders take on another state contender when they begin the KLAA season in Novi on Friday night. (whmi.com)
